1. Step 1

   - Register for the game at www.MarcolinFrameYourGame.com.

2. Step 2

   - Sell Marcolin Frames, between June 7th and August 9th, 2010.

3. Step 3

   - Sign in to the Frame Your Game website at www.MarcolinFrameYourGame.com. Visit the MY ACCOUNT page on the website to submit frames sold, check available points and redeem your points for prizes.

EARN POINTS

1. Earn 1

   (One) point for each frame you sell from Marcolin, National, CoverGirl, Timberland, Kenneth Cole New York or Kenneth Cole Reaction brand frames earns 1 point.

2. Earn 2

   (Two) points for each frame you sell from Tom Ford, Mont Blanc, Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli, Tod's, John Galliano or DSquared2 brand frames earns 2 points.

3. You may earn 1

   (One) additional bonus point for reordering the submitted frame online at the time you report it sold.

 

PRIZE TIERS

The more frames you sell, the more prizes you can win!

 

1. The prizes are based on the number of points your have earned. You may redeem your points for multiple prizes, or save up for a big prize. All points must be redeemed no later than September 9, 2010.

2. Grand Prizes!

   A total of 4 grand prizes shall be awarded in two categories:

    

   1. Grand Prize Category 1 - The following grand prizes shall be awarded to Accounts and Participants with total sales of $10,000 or more in 2009:

   1. One $500 American Express Gift Card shall be awarded to the Participant that sells the most Marcolin Brand frames during the Contest
   2. One $500 American Express Gift Card shall be awarded to the Account that sells the most Marcolin Brand frames during the Contest.

   2. Grand Prize Category 2 - The following grand prizes shall be awarded to Accounts and Participants with total sales of $9,999 or less in 2009:

   1. One $500 American Express Gift Card shall be awarded to the Participant that sells the most Marcolin Brand frames during the Promotion.
   2. One $500 American Express Gift Card shall be awarded to the Account that sells the most Marcolin Brand frames during the Promotion.

   3. All frames must be submitted no later than August 9, 2010 at 12:00 midnight EST.

   4. All points must be redeemed no later than September 8, 2010.
